A strong start to 2026 as accredited training launches across Kairos
We are delighted that three accredited training courses have launched across Kairos within the space of a single month, with staff and volunteers taking part from across the organisation.
These three courses are:
- Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care – nine participants (both staff and volunteers)
- Level 5 Leader in Adult Care – five staff members
- Level 7 Senior Leader – three staff members
Each course has a different area of focus. The Level 3 course is a full adult care qualification, while the Level 5 and Level 7 apprenticeships run for around 18 months each and focus on leadership and strategic development. Participants come from a wide range of roles and experience, reflecting an appetite for learning and a willingness to commit time and effort to professional development across Kairos.
Alongside these accredited courses, mandatory training for staff and volunteers continues, covering areas such as safeguarding and health and safety and supported by additional online learning resources, including Social Care TV.
We wish everyone taking part the best of luck with their studies.
- This training is being delivered in partnership with SECCTA (The South East Care Consortium & Training Association). Our thanks go to all at SECCTA for their support in delivering these programmes.
