More Level 3 success at Kairos

Congratulations to the Kairos staff and volunteers who completed their Level 3 Adult Care qualifications this summer. The training brought together 11 participants from across Kairos’ services, giving them an opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills and learn from one another.

Alastair, a member of the team at Linden Grove, was among those who took part.  Here, he shares his experience of the course and what he found most useful.

I found the course to be a positive and worthwhile experience. The trainers were knowledgeable, approachable and supportive throughout, which helped create a comfortable and engaging learning environment.

The information provided was useful and relevant, and I feel I have gained knowledge and practical approaches that I can take forward and apply within my role.

I particularly enjoyed the group discussions, as these provided a good opportunity to share different experiences, perspectives and ideas with other members of the course. I felt this added value to the learning experience and helped make the sessions more interactive and engaging.

I thoroughly appreciated the opportunity to complete the course and found it both informative and beneficial.

Completing a qualification alongside work or volunteering takes time and commitment. Congratulations to everyone across Kairos who achieved their Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care this summer!
