Moving on to the Oval

Kairos has a new move-on flat – at the Oval. It\’s home to three Kairos residents who are heading towards independent living, through different forms of training. They\’ve all relocated from regular move-on houses in South London and, although support workers visit regularly, it\’s support with a light-touch. \”Three\’s a good number and the flat is very manageable. We\’re all very happy here,\” says Danny. \”It\’s a great location for tubes and buses. And it\’s close to the river – we can walk into the West End. Sometimes I go running as far south as head office in Streatham.\” And, of course, when the weather improves, the cricket is next door.
