Kairos visits Lyric Hammersmith for The Children
Residents and staff from across Kairos recently attended a performance of The Children at London’s Lyric Hammersmith Theatre.
The play, written by Lucy Kirkwood and starring Meera Syal, explores themes of responsibility, relationships and the future.
Our staff and residents had a great opportunity to enjoy live theatre together and experience another engaging cultural outing. As one of our visitors said: “Brilliant evening! It gave us lots of things to think about. Responsibilities of older generations to younger people and everyone to the planet. A big thank you to the Lyric for being so welcoming.”
Visitors were able to see the play over a two-week period.
