Raised coffee cups raise €1,300

Our thanks to Irene McLaughlin in Dublin for opening her home last Thursday for a coffee morning that raised €1,300 (£1,009) towards the annual Kairos trip to Lourdes with the sick pilgrims on the Oblate pilgrimage in September. This figure included donations from Kerry, Cork and Offaly and invoved more than 50 people. In fact, so many friends and supporters came to raise a coffee cup for Kairos that the “morning”, which began promptly at 9.30am, stretched until 5pm. Thank you, all!
