Farewell and bon voyage, Nick Messikh

Kairos waves a fond farewell to supported housing manager Nick Messikh who leaves this week after nearly six years. Nick is heading off to warmer climes in Thailand to take up the post of senior 12-Step therapist, working with people in recovery from substance misuse in Chiang Mai.

“Full of school-boy effervescence, Nick’s personality always lifts the mood,” says Kairos director Mossie Lyons. “With the Move-On team, Nick progressed the work of our supported housing service in many ways. In particular, his work with prisons around the country has left Kairos with strong working relationships that help us support former prisoners in recovery.
