Five on the road to independent living

Since May 2019, five residents from the complex needs supported house in Nunhead Lane have moved into their own homes.

“I’m so delighted with their progress as they settle into their new places with some ongoing support from Kairos,” says Matt Dear, our National Lottery-funded specialist support worker. “It’s been a privilege to be part of their journey through Kairos and follow them as they grow into independent living.”

Jason O’Reilly, Kairos’s Maudsley Charity-funded support worker, has provided invaluable help throughout this transition period for our now ex-residents – who are all thriving.
