Kairos Community Trust has been awarded a Maudsley Charity Community & Connection grant to fund two part-time support workers to “support residents who are in recovery from substance misuse, in their transition from Kairos accommodation into independent accommodation”. They will join the supported housing Move-on team in October.
Kairos is pleased to announce the following appointments to our supported housing Move-on team. The new supported housing Move-on Manager is Kenny Brown, formerly deputy manager. Gillian Lyons takes up the full-time position of deputy manager and will continue to lead Kairos women’s services. Giam-Pierro Mozzi is now a full-time member of the Move-on team.

The refurbishment of our Move-on house in Norbury, London SW16, purchased last year, has been completed and it is now home to five men and women in recovery. The Kairos maintenance team contributed greatly to the work which has resulted in a fifth bedroom, a new bathroom, kitchen, dining-sitting room.
Kairos Community Trust welcomes Giam-Pierro Mozzi, who joins the Supported Housing team part-time. The 10-strong team works with more than 170 men and women living in 30 Kairos move-on houses across six London boroughs.
