Staff training: equipped to care
Some 30 members of staff and volunteers from across Kairos have successfully completed training recently in Equality and Diversity and in the Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults (SOVA). This reflects Kairos Community Trust’s commitment to meeting industry standards and supporting the continuing professional development of Kairos personnel.
